My Wish Enterprise P.L.C. is one of Ethiopia’s outstanding Construction Machinery dealers. The Company mainly offers a wide range of integrated solutions for the sales of construction machinery with reliable After Sales Services. In addition, the Company rents dealer-maintained machines and equipment to introduce advanced technology to Customers. Recently the Company has started assembling light construction machinery.
It is a dynamic growth-oriented company that is engaged in import and export businesses. It is a dealer of Branded Construction and Agricultural machinery, OEM spare part importer and a best-in-class after-sales service provider in Ethiopia. The company has also engaged in export business. We are currently looking to hire self-driven and energetic young graduates for the Trainee Sales Officer position.
We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. The IT Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing hardware and software components of the company’s computer systems. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest functionality of our IT infrastructure, supporting both our sales and after-sales services.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates of 2024
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Certification in IT is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers, etc.).
- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications.
- Perform regular maintenance on computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, replacing parts as needed.
- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and schedule maintenance.
- Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance.
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
- Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders.
- Keep inventory of IT equipment and ensure proper storage and handling.
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect data and systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Salary: As per the company’s scale along with performance-based sales commission
