Mulu-G Health Service is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and diligent individual to assist the Chief Operating Officer at MuluG.
We are looking for an enthusiastic customer service agent to join our team who is willing to work the night shift. The position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep calm and professional during high-stress situations. The chosen candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Position: Customer Service Agent
Education: Degree/Diploma in any fields
Experience: Fresh graduate
Requirement:
- Willing to work on day/night shifts
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and manage own workload effectively.
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Fresh graduates are encouraged
- Must have computer skill
Responsibilities
- Answer calls, emails, and chats from clients, assisting with any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, handling multiple tasks at once and prioritizing work efficiently.
- Have strong attention to detail and accuracy, and be capable of communicating clearly and confidently with clients.
