MKDSS ስማርት ካርድ ፋብሪካ ብቁና ልምድ ያላቸውን ሴት አመልካቾች ለካፍቴሪያ ዋና ሼፍ የሥራ መደብ እንዲያመለክቱ ይጋብዛል። ተመራጩ እጩ ለድርጅቱ ሰራተኞች ዕለታዊ ምግብ የማዘጋጀት፣ የኩሽና ረዳቶችን የመምራት፣ የምግብ ጥራትና ንጽህና የማረጋገጥ እንዲሁም የኩሽናውን ሥራ በብቃት የማስተዳደር ኃላፊነት ይኖረዋል።

ዋና ዋና ኃላፊነቶች

• በተፈቀደው የምግብ ሜኑ መሰረት ዕለታዊ ምግቦችን ማዘጋጀትና ማብሰል።
• በምግብ ዝግጅትና በማቅረብ ሂደት የኩሽና ረዳቶችን መምራትና መቆጣጠር።
• የምግብ ጥራት፣ ጣዕም፣ ንጽህና እና የምግብ ደህንነት መስፈርቶች መጠበቃቸውን ማረጋገጥ።
• ዕለታዊ የምግብ ዝግጅትን ማቀድና የኩሽና ሥራዎችን ማስተባበር።
• የምግብ ግብዓቶችን መከታተልና አስፈላጊ የግዥ ጥያቄ ማዘጋጀት።
• የምግብ ብክነትን መቀነስና ግብዓቶችን በአግባቡ መጠቀም።
• የኩሽና መሳሪያዎችን መንከባከብና የኩሽናውን ንጽህና ማረጋገጥ።
• ዕለታዊ የምግብ ዝግጅትና የፍጆታ መዝገቦችን መያዝ።
• የኩባንያውን የምግብ ደህንነት፣ ጤና፣ ደህንነት እና የደህንነት መመሪያዎችን መከተል።

ትምህርት መስፈርቶች

በምግብ ዝግጅት (Food Preparation)፣ በሙያዊ ምግብ አብሳይነት (Professional Cooking)፣ በሆቴል ማኔጅመንት፣ በካተሪንግ፣ በምግብ ምርት (Food Production) ወይም ተዛማጅ ዘርፍ TVET ደረጃ IV ወይም ዲፕሎማ ያለው/ያላት።

የሥራ ልምድ

• በሆቴል፣ በሬስቶራንት፣ በካተሪንግ፣ በፋብሪካ ካንቲን ወይም ተመሳሳይ ተቋም በሼፍ፣ በዋና ሼፍ ወይም በከፍቴሪያ ሼፍ የሥራ መደብ ቢያንስ 3 (ሶስት) ዓመት ተዛማጅ የሥራ ልምድ።
• የኩሽና ረዳቶችን በመምራት የሥራ ልምድ ያለው/ያላት ተመራጭ ይሆናል።

• ጠንካራ የማደራጀትና የሥራ እቅድ ማዘጋጀት ችሎታ።

Position 2: QC/QA Team Leader

• Required Number: 1 (One)

• Reports To: Quality Management Manager

About the Opportunity

MK Digital Security Solutions PLC is seeking qualified and motivated professionals to join its Quality Management Department. The successful candidates will contribute to ensuring product quality, maintaining quality standards, monitoring production processes, and supporting continuous quality improvement within the Smart Card Factory.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor Quality Control/Assurance staff.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
• Implement and maintain quality management systems and procedures.
• Conduct and support internal and external audits.
• Oversee inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished smart cards.
• Ensure products meet specifications and required quality standards.
• Analyze quality data and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage non-conformities and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain quality assurance documentation and records.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct risk assessment and support risk mitigation.
• Prepare quality reports and present findings to management.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Minimum Qualification

• BSc Degree in Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Industrial Engineering and related fields.

Work Experience

• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance.
• Experience in team leadership and management.
• Experience in a smart card manufacturing or similar electronic manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and relevant quality management systems.

Required Competencies

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Knowledge of quality control tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of data analysis.
• Knowledge of smart card technology/manufacturing processes is an advantage.
• Knowledge of smart card personalization and related security standards is an advantage.

Position 3: Quality Control Inspector

• Required Number: 3 (Three)
• Location: MKDSS Smart Card Factory
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Reports To: QC/QA Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect input materials used in card production.
• Check product quality along production lines.
• Inspect in-process products and identify production errors.
• Check product specifications such as thickness and adhesive quality.
• Inspect finished and packaged products before delivery.
• Prepare quality reports and maintain production records.
• Monitor production losses and report issues exceeding allowable limits.
• Immediately report risks that may affect product quality.
• Follow company quality, security, and operational procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Minimum Qualification

• BSc Degree in Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Industrial Engineering and related fields.
• TVET Level I

Work Experience

• Relevant experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance is preferred.
• Experience in smart card manufacturing or a similar electronic manufacturing environment is an advantage.
