MKDSS Smart Card Factory invites qualified and interested candidates to apply for the position of Junior Card Production Machine Operator.

Position: Junior Card Production Machine Operator

Required Qualification: TVET Level III–IV in Manufacturing Technology, Mechatronics, General Mechanics, Electrical & Electronics, Industrial Machine Drive, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or other related fields.

Experience: 0 years of experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive input materials from the previous production stage.
• Prepare, clean, and load materials for machine operation.
• Assist the Machine Operator during production.
• Operate production equipment under supervision.
• Perform quality checks on semi-finished products according to quality standards.
• Coordinate with Quality Control and Maintenance teams during production.
• Transfer acceptable products to the next production process.
• Record production activities and prepare daily production reports.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine housekeeping.
• Participate in training programs, job rotation, and skill development activities.
• Follow all company safety, security, and operational procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Team Leader.

• Basic machine operation and mechanical aptitude.
• Quality-conscious with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow work instructions and production procedures.
• Hardworking, disciplined, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.

Other Requirements:

• Good physical health.
• Good eyesight with no visual impairment affecting machine operation.
• Willingness to work in shifts and comply with factory operational requirements.

Salary: As per Company Salary Scale
