Position: Storekeeper
EDUCATION, LICENSES, & CERTIFICATIONSÂ
- Diploma in Procurement & Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field is requiredÂ
Professional certification preferredÂ
EXPERIENCEÂ
- Minimum 1 years of procurement and logistics experienceÂ
- Experience with donor asset and procurement specific procedures is an added advantage Â
- Experience working with INGOs is an added advantage
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESÂ
KNOWLEDGEÂ
- Knowledge of supply chain management including procurement, tendering, contracting, clearance, transport, warehousing, distribution, fleet management, and asset managementÂ
SKILLSÂ
- Fairly skilled at using ERP systems to manage inventory logisticsÂ
- Good interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skillsÂ
- Skilled in communicationÂ
- Good computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and databasesÂ
- A good command of both written and spoken English and AmharicÂ
ABILITIESÂ
- Ability to act with integrity and ensure security and appropriate use of assetsÂ
- Ability to complete complex tasks with a high degree of autonomy and responsibilityÂ
- Highly organized with good quantitative abilityÂ
- Ability to maintain detailed records with high accuracyÂ
- Ability to support MTI Calling and adhere to the MTI Code of ConductÂ
