We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individuals for the following job positions.

Position: Tender Officer

Requirements:

Fresh graduates of 2023/24
Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Marketing Management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of procurement processes and tendering procedures.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, procurement software).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Details

Identify and source relevant tenders from various sources
Analyze tender documents to understand requirements, timelines, and evaluation criteria.
Prepare comprehensive tender documents, including technical specifications, financial bids, and legal documents.
Follow up on submission status and resolve any issues.
Analyze tender results to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
Assist in drafting and negotiating contracts with suppliers.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
