Lucy Insurance S.C. invites fresh and qualified applicants for the following insurance jobs in the insurance sector.

Lucy Insurance S.C. was established in 2012 with 39 Visionary Shareholders who are renowned business people involved in various businesses in the country. The company was established with a paid up capital of birr 8,035,000.

Position 1: Junior Attorney

Required Academic Qualifications and skills: LLB degree from a recognized university or college (CGPA 3.2+ and only 2022 graduates).

Minimum Work Experience: Not required

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Attorney

Required Academic Qualifications and skills: LLB degree from a recognized university or college

Minimum Work Experience: A minimum of 2 years work experience in Legal activity/work as an Attorney.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Other required skills: – Computer literate

Position 3: Office Administrator/ Cashier I

Required Academic Qualifications and skills: Diploma/Level 4 in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Accounting and ICT from recognized College

Minimum Work Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience as Cashier, Secretary and related occupations

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Number Required: 5

Other required skills: – Computer literate

Position 4: Branch Manager

Required Academic Qualifications and skills: BA/BSC degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management or related Field of study

Minimum Work Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Insurance operation of which 2 years in a Supervisory/Senior position

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Other required skills: – Computer literate

Position 5: Engineering Officer II

Required Academic Qualifications and skills: BA/BSC degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering or related field of study

Minimum Work Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Insurance in surveying or related survey activities.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Other required skills: – Computer literate

Position 6: Recovery Division Manager

Required Academic Qualifications and skills: BA/BSC degree in Management, Logistics and Supplies, Procurement or related field of study

Minimum Work Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience, of which 4 years’ experience in Claim and Recovery, Valuation of assets, property disposal positions.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Other required skills: Computer literate

Salary and Benefit: the company salary scale and benefit that may be subject to negotiation as appropriate

Terms of Employment: permanent upon successful completion of the probation period
