Position 1: Junior Drafting Person
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Drafting from a recognized technical/vocational institute.
- 0 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drafting standards.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional consultancy environment.
Position 2: Civil Engineer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in building design and/or supervision.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
- Good understanding of construction processes and technical standards.
Position 3: Architect
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in architectural design and consultancy services.
- Proficiency in architectural design and visualization software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and related tools.
- Strong design and detailing ability with knowledge of applicable codes and standards.
- Ability to prepare full architectural packages and work in a team-based environment.
Position 4: Purchaser
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–4 years of proven experience in purchasing for construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and supplier markets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Position 5: Barber (Male & Female Services)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing grooming services for both men and women.
- Skilled in cutting, trimming, shaving, and modern hair styling techniques.
- Good hygiene practices and customer relations.
- Certification in cosmetology or barbering is preferred.
Position 6: Food & Beverage Cost Controller
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in F&B cost control, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of IDS software is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or Hospitality is a plus.
Position 7: Food & Beverage Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ proven experience as F&B Manager in a hotel or resort.
- Strong leadership and operational planning skills.
- Proficiency in IDS (Hospitality Software) is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous.
