Position 1: Junior Drafting Person

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Drafting from a recognized technical/vocational institute.
  • 0 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drafting standards.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional consultancy environment.

Position 2: Civil Engineer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in building design and/or supervision.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
  • Good understanding of construction processes and technical standards.

Position 3: Architect

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in architectural design and consultancy services.
  • Proficiency in architectural design and visualization software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and related tools.
  • Strong design and detailing ability with knowledge of applicable codes and standards.
  • Ability to prepare full architectural packages and work in a team-based environment.

Position 4: Purchaser

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–4 years of proven experience in purchasing for construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials and supplier markets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Position 5: Barber (Male & Female Services)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience providing grooming services for both men and women.
  • Skilled in cutting, trimming, shaving, and modern hair styling techniques.
  • Good hygiene practices and customer relations.
  • Certification in cosmetology or barbering is preferred.

Position 6: Food & Beverage Cost Controller

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in F&B cost control, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of IDS software is preferred.
  • Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or Hospitality is a plus.

Position 7: Food & Beverage Manager

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years’ proven experience as F&B Manager in a hotel or resort.
  • Strong leadership and operational planning skills.
  • Proficiency in IDS (Hospitality Software) is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous.
