KALON MARKETING PLC is one of the emerging real estate marketing company in Addis Ababa that has been set up to give quality and reliable marketing services all over the country.
It is a company dealing with investment consultancy, leasing and sale of properties directly from the leading developers. We provide marketing service to our clients.

We provide our clients with an outstanding representation in every deal done. We use proactive marketing and selling techniques that are necessary to navigate today’s challenging real estate environment.
Our team consists of highly skilled real estate consultants who have an extensive knowledge about the ongoing market status of the properties in Addis Ababa and its emerging market trends.

Position: Junior E-commerce officer

Qualification :  

• BSc Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Software engineering

Required Skills

• Ability to understand new issues quickly, analytical skill, problem solving ability
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Video editing skills 
• Creativity

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:                                         

• Promote and sell apartments and shops for customer.
• Managing companies social media accounts
• Increasing companies social media subscribers and viewers
• Contact potential customers via digital marketing and register their own address.
• Make sure stick with the sales goals
• Make sure fulfill Daily company quota
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Plan one’s own weekly, monthly and annual goals 
• Register phone numbers and address of potential clients
• report daily  prospects for the sales manager
• From Monday-Saturday   presence in the office
• Expert in time management 
• Provide relevant information about our offers in different means
• Produce at least 15 videos within a week for different social media platforms
• Dressing code must be formal for weekdays and smart casual for Saturday

Salary: Negotiable + attractive commission

Location: Addis Ababa
