Our Company Kaliti Food S.C (KFSC) has been in the Manufacturing industry for nearly a century (since 1938), taking its position as a pioneer and introducing food industrialization in Ethiopia. KFSC is a producer of various wheat-based products, operating on one of the largest food processing sites in Ethiopia. The Company’s primary and generic brand, Cerealia, has been a household brand name throughout Ethiopia for over 82 years and to this day continues to strive in the sector.
Position 1: Information Technology Officer (IT Officer)
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- BSC Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science or Related fields and at least 1-2 years experience on the same position.

Position 2: Mechanical Supervisor
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Degree/Diploma: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering OR a Technical Diploma/TVET Level IV in Industrial Mechanics.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment. At least 2 years must be in a direct supervisory capacity.

Position 3: Senior Electrician
Qualification and Experience
- Education: BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electricity, or Electronics, OR an Advanced Diploma/TVET Level IV/V in Electrical Technology.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience for degree holders, or 5 to 6 years for diploma holders, preferably within a food, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing plant.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in reading electrical schematics, handling high/low voltage systems, and working with industrial control networks.

Position 4: Van Sales Person
HR Officer Requirements:
- BA Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Economics or any other related field
- Minimum 2–3 years FMCG field sales experience with proven target achievement.
