Feasibility Study on Income-Generating Activities

Biru Adis Charitable Organization (BACO) is a legally registered, non-profit, non-governmental organization committed to improving the livelihoods of vulnerable communities through charitable and developmental interventions.

To ensure financial sustainability and reduce dependency on donor funding, the organization seeks to engage in income-generating activities (IGAs). To this end, BACO invites qualified and experienced consultants or consultancy firms to submit technical and financial proposals to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study that will identify, assess, and recommend viable income-generating ventures aligned with the organization’s mission and capacity.

Scope of the Assignment:

The consultant will be responsible for:

Identifying and assessing potential income-generating activities suitable for a charitable organization.
Conducting market and financial feasibility analysis.
Recommending the most viable and sustainable options, with cost-benefit analysis
Developing a detailed business model and implementation plan for selected ventures.

Minimum Requirements:

· Proven experience in conducting feasibility studies or business development consultancy, preferably for non-profit or social enterprises.

· Relevant academic qualification in economics, business administration, development studies, or related fields.

· Experience working with NGOs or charitable organizations is an asset.

· Ability to deliver high-quality work within the agreed time frame.

Technical proposal (approach, methodology, work plan, experience)
Financial proposal (detailed budget breakdown)
Company/individual profile and CVs of key experts
Renewed license and Tax Identification Number

Submission Deadline:

All proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes or by email within 6 working days from the date of this announcement to the following address:
