ILRI’s Liaison and Protocol Unit in Addis is embarking on a project to digitize the Unit’s legacy files and improve its data management systems. The intern will support the unit’s documentation and specifically in the creation, organization, and maintenance of various types of records, both physical and digital.
This will ultimately enhance the unit’s retrieval, accessibility and compliance of documentation thereby contribute to risk reduction and operational efficiency in document handling. The intern will report to the Liaison and Protocol Manager.
Position: Liaison And Protocol Unit – Internship
The ideal candidate should be: –
- Enrolled for an undergraduate university degree program and is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in either international relations, Law, Political Science, Business Administration and Administration or related field.
- Possess strong ICT knowledge (such as using photocopiers, Scanner machine etc.).
- Demonstrate proficiency in use of Microsoft Suite programs.
- Possess good command in written and spoken English language.
Duration: 5 months.
The internship at ILRI will offer:
- A monthly stipend to meet day-to-day living expenses.
- Medical insurance for the internship duration.
Location: ILRI Addis Ababa – Ethiopia.
