Position 1: Accountant
Qualification: BA degree in accounting from recognized higher education Institution.
- More than four years of experience in accounting or finance.
Skills and abilities:
- Proficiency in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is required.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with IFRS.
- Tax Knowledge: Understanding of tax regulations and compliance.
- Accounting Software: Familiarity with software like Peachtree.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Ability to create and manage budgets and forecasts.
- Data Analysis
- Effective communication skills in both writing and speaking.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to deal with customers and external contacts.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS in all financial reporting.
- Tally data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement, and preparation of grantors /debtors / creditors statements.
- Handling petty cash, Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payments.
- Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents.
- Perform various account analyses and reconciliation.
- Reconciles the general operating account and payroll bank statements and enters the cash journals into the General Ledger.
- Uses statistical, economic and financial principles and techniques to prepare reports.
- Prepares various financial documents for compliance with regulations.
- Coordinates and maintains miscellaneous customer invoices, grant billings and reports; verifies all invoices and billings are complete and reconciled to the general ledger; and complies costs of operations and grant expense reports as required by the customers and grantors.
- Monitors and submits for mailing all periodic financial documents required by interested clients, creditor, grants and government agencies.
- Maintains records retention log to facilitate the orderly file system of permanent records for adherence to record retention policy.
- Assist with the month-end closing process, conducting making correction journal entries for account discrepancies, prepares closing journal entries, posts accrual entries, and prepares financial statements.
- Assists the CFO in compilation of miscellaneous confidential reports for use in business dealings and negotiations.

Position 2: Social Media Manager, Web and Graphic
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in both social media management and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and social media management tools.
- Strong communication, creativity, and design skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve social media performance.
- Experience in video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Web Designer, and/or Graphic Designer.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of website design tools and platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, HTML/CSS).
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media and website performance metrics.
