Hybrid Designs PLC (Ride), an innovative IT company in Addis Ababa, is launching an online platform to enable travelers hail a RIDE on demand. RIDE is the largest taxi booking platform in Ethiopia, primarily operating in Addis Ababa and Djibouti. Founded by Samrawit Fikru, it has become one of the most recognized brands in Ethiopia over 11 years.
Position 1: Associate Communications Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in communications or public relations.
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms and creating digital content.
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content management systems and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite).
- Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Senior Recruitment & Onboarding Officer
Qualifications:
- BA in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 6 years’ Experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Development, and Performance Management relevant experience in recruitment and onboarding, with a focus on senior-level recruitment.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
- Proven experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for a variety of roles.
