Position 1: Sales Representative

Experience & Educational qualifications

  • BA degree in Business Management, Engineering, or other relevant field of study and 4 years of related work experience, of which 2 years in a Car Sales Experience

Sales representatives are responsible for communicating the benefits of a company’s products to drive sales. Sales representative serve as the point of contact between a business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.

  • Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
  • Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers.
  • Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Performing other related tasks, duties, and functions assigned by the Immediate Supervisor

Position 2: Senior Accountant

Experience & Educational qualifications

  • BA in Finance, Accounting, and related, and 4 years of related work experience, Excellent Knowledge of Peachtree accounting
  • Excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts.

Job Objectives:

  • Oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions. Reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining the general ledger, and preparing month-end close procedures.
  • Ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all of our accounting tasks.
  • Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results.
  • Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
  • Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending.
  • Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant
  • Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
  • Manage junior accountant, Accountant and Data Entry clerk.
  • Participate in financial standards setting and in the forecast process.
  • Provide input into department’s goal-setting process.
  • Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule.
  • Assist with tax audits and tax returns.
  • Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
  • Plan, assign and review staff’s work
  • Support month-end and year-end close process
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP & IFRS principles
  • Liaise with our Staff and Manager to improve financial procedures
  • Performing other related tasks, duties, and functions assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.

Position 3: Manager –Accounting and Reporting

Experience & Educational qualifications:

  • BA in Finance, Accounting, and related, and 6 years of related work experience, of which 3 years in a managerial position (s)
  • BA in Accounting and /or Finance, preferably from Addis Ababa University School of Commerce
  • ACCA professional skills level
  • DipIFR from ACCA or cleared Strategic Business Reporting

Job Objectives:

  • Overseas operations of the department daily and ensure its proper functioning per se and in collaboration with other departments under the CFO and across the Company.
  • Work closely with the taxation and reporting department to have a deeper understanding of the tax effects of transactions, events, and occurrences before they are booked into the system.
  • Keep the staff abreast of applicable financial reporting framework in a jurisdiction or geography where the department is functioning as part of the Company.
  • Make sure that all transactions are booked into the computerized system used by the Company timely and correctly and ensure the amount of reversals and adjustments made on the system are minimal.
  • Lead the design and implementation of proper documentation and easy retrieval mechanism.
  • Providing timely management reports in the proper format when requested by the higher management within the designated deadline.
  • Preparation of accurate and complete general purpose as well as customized financial statements together with the notes when and as required.
  • Ensure mandatory authorization and approval levels are strictly followed within the department.
  • Working in tandem with external auditors to ensure yearly external audit is carried out properly and clean auditor opinions are issued.
  • Reporting to the Director on time when risky issues that can threaten the proper function of the department and other departments arise

Position 4: Sales & Marketing Director

Experience & Educational qualifications

  • Job Specification BA degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management/or other relevant field of study and 8 years of related work experience, of which 4 years in a supervisory/senior Manager position.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
  • Well-rounded knowledge for all market segments and channel sources, as well as ability to develop a strategic plan for each

Job objectives:

  • Manages and oversees the overall marketing and Sales activities of the company such as market expansion, market research, promotion, customer service, and business expansion, etc.
  • Design and develop the company’s marketing strategy and plan that can align with the business strategies, objectives, and goals;
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
  • Develop sales goals designed to achieve budget & market share targets.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates.
  • Manage Group pace measurement and set sales Production goals,
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support in executing marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.
  • Prepare & manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost- effective marketing activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Initiates and coordinates the preparation of marketing and Sales policy, procedures, and system guidelines and ensures their proper implementation upon approval;
  • Co-coordinates and controls the activities of market research, promotion, customer relations management, and other related matters of the company;
  • Ability to understand and communicate market trends, demand generators, supply/ demand, and economic factors affecting performance.
  • Responsible for leading and driving top-line revenue for all revenue streams.
  • Coordinates and guides for the conduct of market research to assess the opportunity of a new business venture and proposes new marketing approaches, market strategies & products.
  • Follows up, monitors and evaluates the proper implementation of approved market strategies, new business development, and marketing projects and programs;
  • Conduct Market research and analysis to identify trends and Opportunities.
  • Guides managers for undertaking extensive research and overall internal and external business situation analysis to assess customer needs, potential market, and business opportunities;

Position 5: Operation Director

Experience & Educational qualifications

  • BA in Finance, Accounting, and related, and 6 years of related work experience, of which 3 years in a managerial position (s)
