Huawei Technologies Ethiopia PLC invites competent and qualified candidates for the following positions.

Position 1: IP Senior Engineer

Education and major; BSC/MSC in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related fields.

Project Experience; Common enterprise network project delivery and O&M experience, More than 5 years

Certificate requirement: Professional certification (e.g. HCIP on R&S or Data com) Or Similar CISCO certifications parallel to HCIP, HCIE

language Skills;

Good communication skill in English

Other requirements;

Industry-related experience as a Senior Network Engineer or Network Administrator
Sharp troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently
Organizational and mentoring skills.

Major duties and responsibilities;

Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN)
In-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF, MPLS)
Configure and install software, routers, switches and other network devices
Monitor network performance and integrity
Resolve issues tiers of support have escalated by troubleshooting local infrastructure
Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness
Create, oversee and test security measures (e.g. access authentication and disaster recovery)
Offer engineering solutions based on a thorough understanding of Data Network architecture, topology and other configuration details.

Position 2: Senior IT Engineer

Education and major; BSC or MSC degree majoring in computer and electrical engineering and software engineering

Project Experience;

5+ years of IT experience in Delivery and support projects;
Open personality, good at communication and good cooperation with others.
Bear hardships, have a strong sense of responsibility, and be responsible for work results
Broad experience designing, programming, and implementing large IT Projects.
Ability to provide in-depth evaluation and analysis of unique complex technological issues.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead others.
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of duties.

Service skill requirement;

Proficiently master and apply the Advanced principles and knowledge of Storage and Cloud products. HCIP-storage and other Vendor related like Storage, cloud and Computing Certificate or above are preferred.
Have at least 6 years of storage, Computing and Cloud Technical, Project delivery and support experience, solution design, Technical Demonstration and technical proposal.

Language Skills; English as first language

Skills and certificates required; HCIP-Storage or related Storage, cloud and Computing Certificate or Above

Main Duties and Responsibilities;

As the Senior IT Engineer, Delivery IT Projects and provide support for IT products for customers and Partner, provides solutions such as Design, LLD, HLD, Installation, Supervision and Commissioning IT Projects.
Be familiar with HUAWEI IT (Server, Storage, Cloud Computing) and CLOUD products.
Working on data migration process and solutions,
Trouble ticket submission and problem locating process.
Experience in Huawei projects is preferred.
Obey director’s arrangement and effectively communicate with customers about their requirement.
Provide IT and Cloud system and solutions for customers and Partner,
Managing project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
Providing Training to Customer/Partner.
Make informed decisions quickly and taking ownership of services and applications at scale
Work collaboratively with others to achieve goals
Be a persistent, creative problem solver

Position 3: Commercial Market Development Manager

Education and major
BSC/MSC in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field.

Project Experience:

ICT Market expansion experience

Language Skill:

Communicate in English

Responsibility Description:

Position requirements are male
Have channel management capabilities.
Be able to expand the commercial market.
At least three years of ICT market development experience
