Position: Store Keeper

Minimum Qualification

BA Degree in Supplies Management & other related fields

Work Experience

Minimum of 3 years proven experience in the area preferably in construction warehouse

Essential Skills

· High degree of driven and self-motivation

· Excellent communication skill

· Excellent Computer literacy

· Strong interpersonal skill

· Ability to work under pressure & independently in challenging circumstance.

Responsibilities:

Handles incoming and outgoing stock to/from store and ensures that store requisition and issue vouchers are properly completed.
Checks carefully the quantity, quality and documentation as according to organization`s requirements and report any default to his/her supervisor before accepting any suspicious good.
Maintains an accurate and timely record keeping in accordance with all formats and procedures.
Always Keeps storage areas with clean and organized manner and reports immediately to his/her immediate supervisor if any problems relating to the safe storage of stock.
Reports and updates the stock balance weekly, monthly, and quarterly and submit to his/her immediate supervisor.
Carries out daily, weekly and monthly stock reconciliations and reports any obsolete, damage, loss or missing items.
Conducts inventory of fixed asset with the delegated person
Prepares list of excess materials
Updates the stock periodically
