Position: Junior Sales Representative
Qualifications:
-  Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Impeccable customer service skills, Motivated, driven attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude.
The objective of a Sales Representative is to receive customer orders, facilitate calls, and Issue invoices to ensure customer satisfaction and sales volume.
- Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads, schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers.
- Apply cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Ensure monthly sales volume targets are met or exceeded
- Enhance focus on account development.
- Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts.
- Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review.
- Issuing invoices for collected orders from customers.
- Negotiating and collecting orders from clients.
- Maintaining client record
- Facilitate delivery of items
- Ensure accuracy in Business Central and PEDS
- Document Complaints in System and Excel Format
- Maintain Detailed Records and Follow-Up Updates
