Position 1: Junior Field Sales Representative
Qualifications:
-  Minimum BA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field from a recognized university.
- Speaking Somali is a must.
- Have at least 2 years in sales and related fields.
- Have an experience in working with collecting data.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation.
- Expert in time management.
- Persuasive and goal oriented.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Energetic and passionate to learn & lead.
- Visit Frequency as per management direction.
- Delivery of targets as set per management.
- Compliance with Visit Routine, 10 steps of the visit.
- Compliance with dress code.
- Always treat customers friendly and professional.
- Execute Surveys as per the target set.

Position 2: Market Developer
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year
