Position 1: Customer Service Officer
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields.
Experience: Two (2) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Gambela, Dima, Bedele, Nekemte, Omo Naddaa, & Gatira
Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer
Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, or any other related field
Experience: Three (3) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
People required : 11
Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Gambela, Dima, Bedele, Nekemte, Omo Naddaa, & Gatira
Position 3: Branch Operation Supervisor
Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, or any other related fields.
Experience: Four (4) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
People required : 11
Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Adama, Semera , Dessie, Mizan, Gambela, Dima, Bedele, Nekemte, Omo Naddaa, & Gatira
Position 4: Branch Manager
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: Six (6) years of Banking Operation experience; of which two years of experience in supervisory positions is required. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

Position 5: Senior Collateral Valuator
Qualification: BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related fields
Experience: Four (4) years of related experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous
Duty Station: Head office
Position 6: Lead Compliance Management
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: Six (6) years of experience in the International Banking area. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

Position 7: Lead Property Valuation
Qualification: BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related fields
Experience: Six (6) years of related experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous
Duty Station: Head Office
Position 8: District Relationship Manager
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: Eight (8) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
Duty Station: Head office
Position 9: Manager, Correspondent Banks, Remittance, and Forex
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: Eight (8) years of experience in the International Banking area. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

- Training in IFB is Advantageous.
