Position 1: Customer Service Officer

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields.

Experience: Two (2) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Shashamane, Dessie, Bale Robe, Delomena

Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields.

Experience: Three (3) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

Required No: 7

Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Shashamane, Dessie, Bale Robe, Delomena, Jimma, Mekaneselam

Position 3: Branch Operation Supervisor

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields.

Experience: Four (4) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

Position 4: Store and Supply Management Officer Assistant

Qualification: Diploma or above in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Management, Business Management, Accounting or related fields

Experience: One (1) years of relevant experience.

Duty Station: Head Office

Position 5: Transport and General Service Assistant

Qualification: Diploma or above in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Management, Business Management, Accounting or related fields

Experience: One (1) years of relevant experience.

Duty Station: Head Office

Position 6: District Operation Officer

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields.

Experience: Two (2) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

Duty Station: North East District Office (Kombolcha)

Position 7: Division Manager, Share Sales Project

Qualification: MA/MBA degree or BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields

Experience: Minimum proven experience of six (6) years for Masters and eight (8) years for a Bachelor’s Degree; of which two years of experience in supervisory positions is required. IFB exposure is an added advantage.

Duty Station: Head Office

Position 8: Branch Manager

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.

Experience: Six (6) years of Banking Operation experience; of which two years of experience in supervisory positions is required. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

Required No: 2

Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Delomena

Position 9: Digital Director

Qualification: M.Sc./B.Sc. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or any other related field.

Experience: Eight (8) years for Masters and ten (10) years for Bachelor of relevant experience: of which three (3) years a Managerial or Supervisory position in Digital Banking. IFB exposure is an added advantage.

Duty Station: Head Office

Note:

Training in IFB is Advantageous.
