Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields.

Experience: One or More Years of Work Experience from any recognized organization.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Hara ( North Wollo), Kelala ( South Wollo)

Position 2: Customer Service Officer

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields.

Experience: Two (2) years of  Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous. 

Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Hara ( North Wollo), Kelala ( South Wollo)

Position 3: Senior Customer Service  Officer

Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, or any other related field

Experience: Three (3) years of  Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous. 

Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Hara ( North Wollo), Kelala ( South Wollo)

Position 4: Branch Operation Supervisor

Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, or any other related fields.

Experience: Four (4) years of  Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous. 

Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Hara ( North Wollo), Kelala ( South Wollo)

Position 5: Branch Manager

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.

Experience: Six (6) years of  Banking Operation experience; of which two years of experience in supervisory positions is required. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Hara ( North Wollo), Kelala ( South Wollo)


Note: 

  • Training in IFB is Advantageous.
