Position 1: Senior Customer Service Officer

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields.

Experience

  • Three (3) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

Place of Work: Hasasa, Awash 7 & Hasasa

Position 2: Branch Operation Supervisor

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields.

Experience: Four (4) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

Duty Station: Delo Mena, Etaya & Hasasa

Position 3: Customer Compliance Handling Manager

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields.

Experience: Six (6) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

Duty Station: Head Office
