Position 1: Compliance Officer

Qualification: BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience: Two (2) years of Banking operation experience.

• Experience in compliance area preferable.

• IFB exposure is an added advantage.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa ( Head Office)

Position 2: Performance Management Officer

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Management, or related fields.

Experience: Two (2) years experience in employee Performance Management area.

IFB exposure is an added advantage.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa ( Head Office)

Position 3: Corporate CRM

Qualification: MA/MBA degree or BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields

Experience:

Minimum proven banking experience of Six (6) years; of which 3 years of experience in Managerial supervisory positions is required.IFB exposure is an added advantage.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa ( Head Office)

Position 4: Senior, Learning and Development Officer

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Management, or related fields

Experience: Six (6) experience in Human Resource Development area. IFB exposure is an added advantage.

Required No: 9

Duty Station: Addis Ababa ( Head Office)

Position 5: Manager, Talent Execution Program

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Management or related fields.

Experience:

Eight (8) years of relevant Human Resource Development area; Of which three (2) were in supervisory positions.IFB exposure is an added advantage.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa ( Head Office)

Position 6: Manager, Legal & Sharia Compliance (Int. & Local Law, NBE & Sharia Law)

Qualification:

MA/MBA degree or BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields

Experience:

Minimum proven experience of six (6) years for Masters and eight (8) years for Bachelor’s Degree.IFB exposure is an added advantage.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa ( Head Office)

Position 7: Director, Risk and Compliance

Qualification:

MA/MBA degree or BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields

Experience:

Eight (8) years for Masters and ten (10) years for a Bachelor’s of relevant experience with 3 years as a division Manager or experience in Risk and Compliance Management. IFB exposure is an added advantage.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa ( Head Office)

Note:

COC related to the position is Advantageous
Training in IFB is Advantageous.
