Position 1: Junior Human Capital Management Officer

• Required Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management or Public Administration & Development Management.
    • GPA 2.75 and above
    • 2023 – 2024 graduate
    • 8^th, 10^th & 12^th grade national examination result
  • Experience: Zero years
  • Knowledge & Skill:
    • Excellent communication skill and Personality
    • Excellent computer skill
    • Written & spoken English language proficiency.

• Required Qualifications:

Position 4: Senior Programmer

• Required Qualifications:
  • Education:  BSC Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Experience: Four years proven & relevant post qualification experience in a similar role.

    • Soft Skills

      • Time management and project ownership.
      • Adaptability to new technologies
      • Accountability and attention to detail.
    • Technical/Programming Skills
      • Programming languages: Knowledge on Java and C# is a minimum requirement.
      • Database management: Strong SQL skills and understanding of RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL etc.)
