Position 1: IT Systems Auditor I
Educational Qualification: B.Sc. in Computer Science or IS or MIS and Diploma in Accounting or Management or Banking & Finance
Work Experience: 2 years as IT Systems Auditor or Branch Controller or equivalent or 4 years relevant experience in the banking industry.

Position 2: Performance Management Officer I
Educational Qualification: BA in Economics or Management
Work Experience: Two (2) years as Junior Performance Management Officer or equivalent experience in the banking industry. OR 2 years as Performance Management Officer I or equivalent experience

Position 3: Senior System Support Officer
Educational Qualification: BSc in Computer Science or IS
Work Experience: Three (3) years as System Support Officer II or equivalent or 6 years relevant experience in the banking industry OR 2 years as Senior System Support Officer or equivalent or 7 (seven) years relevant experience.
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Senior Corporate Planning and Business Performance Officer
Educational Qualification: BA in Economics
Work Experience: 3(three) years as Corporate Planning & Business Performance Officer II or equivalent or 6(six) years relevant experience in the banking industry OR 2 years as Senior Corporate Planning & Business Performance Officer or equivalent or 7 (seven) years relevant experience
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Position 5: Senior Strategic Partnership and Relationship Officer
Educational Qualification: BA in Economics
Work Experience: Three (3) years as Strategic Partnership and Relationship Officer II or equivalent or 6 years relevant experience in the banking industry OR 2 years as Senior Strategic Partnership and Relationship Officer or equivalent or 7 years relevant experience
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Position 6: Senior Product Innovation Officer
Educational Qualification: BA in Business Management, Marketing, Economics.
Work Experience: 3 years as Product Innovation Officer or equivalent or 6 years relevant experience in the Banking industry OR 2(two) years as Senior Product Innovation Officer or equivalent or 7 years relevant experience.
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Position 7: Head, Innovation Center
Educational Qualification: BA in Business Management or Marketing or Economics.
Work Experience: Four (4) years as Senior Product Innovation Officer or equivalent or 9 years relevant experience in the Banking industry OR 2 years as Head, Innovation Center or equivalent or 10 years relevant experience.
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Position 8: Manager, IFB Financing Division
Educational Qualification: MA/BA in Management or Accounting
Work Experience: For MA, 2 years as Head, IFB-Financing Section or equivalent or 7 years relevant experience in the banking industry. OR For BA, 3 years as Head, IFB-Financing Section or equivalent or 11 years relevant experience in the banking industry.
