Hanson Trading & Industry PVT.LTD.CO invites Fresh graduate and experienced candidates for the following job positions.

Hanson Trading & Industry PVT.LTD.CO is a sister company of Glorious PVT.LTD CO and was established in 2011 G.C. Hanson Trading & Industry PLC has branches located in the capital city of Ethiopia, Addis Ababa and in other major cities. We have shops in various locations across the capital and outside the capital. Just to mention a few, we are currently reachable at the Century Mall around Megenagna, in Lebu & Nazreth (Adama).

Our company is involved in the business process of importing refrigerator units, TV sets, Furniture, Stoves, Boilers & Promotional material. We are currently aggressively working to meet our customers demand and planning to set up many more branches throughout Ethiopia.

Position 1: Administration Officer

Qualification: MBA Degree or BA · And who have worked on admin officer.

Working Experience: 0-2 years of experience in the position

Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Position 2: Sales Supervisor/ showroom head/

Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a sales & 2 year of experience as sales supervisor / showroom head/

Reporting to: finance Admin & general Manager Position

As part of our continuous growth, we are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities: –

· Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, effectively promoting the company’s properties and services

· Conduct property viewings and provide accurate and detailed information to clients

· Actively engage in sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events, to generate leads and expand the client base

· Negotiate and close sales deals in a professional and timely manner

· Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities to effectively position the company’s offerings

· Collaborate with other team members and departments to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company

· Reporting the sales every month to the general manager

· Evaluate employees every 3 months and send to human resources Department

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities· Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
