Hagbes PLC was founded in 1957 as an importing & trading company for small agricultural machinery and building materials, becoming the pioneer to introduce stone grinding mills in Ethiopia. By 1974 the company was the proud owner of feed mills, pasta factories, as well as a flour milling complex, making it the largest establishments of its kind in Eastern Africa at the time.

Position 1: Junior Mechanical Engineer
Qualifications:
BSC Degree in Mechanical Engineer
0 – 1 year experience
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Technical Support and Customer Training Engineer
Qualifications:
- BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in customer service,
- Experience in cars dealers or repair shop is highly preferable
- Capable to adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to customer
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer handling skill, customer-focused attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- High level of motivation and energy
- Basic Computer skill
- Good hand writing calligraphy
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Position 3: Tender Officer
Qualifications:
- BSc Degree in Electo mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
- Year of experience = 1- 3 years
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good Computer skill

Position 4: Transitor
Qualifications:
BA Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Management or related field
At least 8 – 10 years of related experience in trading company operation out of which 5 years in management position.
In-depth knowledge of and understanding of procurement and logistic theory, policies, procedures and practices
Good knowledge of international procurement standards, rules and regulations
Creativity, innovation and business minded
Effective communication skills and ability to establish good working relationships with international suppliers and national authorities

Position 5: Foreign Procurement (Import) Manager
Qualifications:
BA Degree / College (TVET) Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Management or related field
At least 3 – 5 years of related experience
Freight Forwarder Professional License
Proficient in international trade regulations and compliance.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of supply chain management principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
