Position 1: Junior Accountant
Required Qualifications
- BA in Accounting and Finance
- 1–3 years’ accounting experience (pharma/healthcare/import experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- High attention to detail and integrity
Industry: Pharmaceutical Import & Distribution
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ETB 10,000 – 18,000/month (negotiable, based on experience)
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Position 2: Tender Specialist I
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Business, Pharmacy, Management, Economics, or related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Required Skills
- Knowledge of Ethiopian public procurement.
- Strong proposal writing and MS Office skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- English fluency; Amharic is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ETB 35,000–50,000 per month (Negotiable based on qualifications and experience).

Position 3: Senior Sales & Business Development Executive
Required Qualifications
- BA/BSc in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven target-achievement record
- Established professional network within Ethiopia’s pharmaceutical/healthcare sector
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Willingness to travel nationwide
Preferred: Candidates with an existing customer portfolio and strong market intelligence.
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ETB 30,000 – 55,000/month base (negotiable) + commission/sales incentives
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Position 4: Technical Manager
Required Qualifications
- BSc in Pharmacy (MSc an advantage)
- Licensed Pharmacist in Ethiopia
- Minimum 7 years’ pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably in import/distribution
- Strong knowledge of EFDA regulations and product registration
- Proven leadership and decision-making ability.
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ETB 45,000 – 55,000/month (negotiable, based on experience) + performance-based incentives
