Position: Trainer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Economics, Engineering, Social Sciences, Health-related fields, Natural Sciences, or other various disciplines (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and teaching skills.
- Passion for community development, digital education, and skill-building.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and adapt teaching methods to diverse learners.
- Previous experience in training or participation in similar programs is a plus.
- Proficiency in Sidama language (Sidamigna), Amharic, and English.
Skills and Expertise
- Coaching and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in explaining and simplifying complex concepts.
- Empathy and understanding of the challenges faced by underserved communities.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for education and training delivery.
