Call for Written Exam Management Trainee, Trainee Banker and IT Trainee Applicants.
Thank you for your application for the Management Trainee, Trainee Banker and IT Trainee positions at Gadaa Bank.
The initial process screening is now complete, and we are pleased to invite the shortlisted candidates for the written examination will be conducted Saturday, September 20, 2025 at 8:00 AM (Morning) or 2:00 local time.
Requirement For Shortlisted:
For Trainee Banker position
✓ BA/BSc degree in Economics/Management/Accounting/Business Administration or related field of study.
✓ CGPA for female 3.00 & above and for male 3.5 & above.
✓ Grade 8th certificate mandatory, Exit Exam result is mandatory.
✓ Age below 30(inclusive).
✓ Year of graduation is 2025 only and
✓ Zero year experience.
For IT Trainee
✓ BSc degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Engineering or related field of study.
✓ CGPA for female 3.00 & above and for male 3.5 & above.
✓ Grade 8th certificate mandatory, Exit Exam result is mandatory.
✓ Age below 30(inclusive),
✓ Year of graduation is 2025 only and
✓ Zero year experience.
For Management Trainee position
✓ MBA/MA/MSc/from recognized university in Accounting/Management/Business Administration/Economics, Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Engineering/software Engineering/ or related field of study.
✓ CGPA for female 3.00 & above and for male 3.25 & above
✓ Grade 8th certificate mandatory,
✓ Age below 35(inclusive).
✓ Year of graduation is 2024 & 2025 only and
✓ Zero year experience.
Note that:
✓ You must bring your ID card;
✓ Bring mobile phone is highly strictly prohibited; within exam center compound and venue.
✓ Security inspection will be made and candidates found with a mobile phone will be excluded from the examination;
✓ Save yourself from any fraud.
