We manufacture inner and outer doors, hand rails, kitchen cabinets and parquet.
Position 1: Field Sales Representative
Educational Background & Requirements
- BA Degree in any field
- Multilingual candidates are highly preferred
- Strong communication, persuasion, and customer engagement skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented
Role Purpose
Generate leads, manage key customer relationships, conduct field visits, and contribute directly to sales growth by achieving weekly and monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads in assigned areas
- Conduct regular field visits to customers and prospects
- Promote company products and services effectively
- Invite and direct potential clients to the showroom
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into sales
- Provide regular market feedback and customer insights
Compensation
- Gross Salary: 10,000 ETB per month
- Commission: 2% on sales

Position 2: Showroom Hosts
Educational Background & Requirements
- BA Degree in any field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented
Role Purpose
Provide excellent customer service, support the sales process, and maintain a welcoming, clean, and professional showroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist all walk-in customers
- Guide customers through products and offerings
- Support the sales team in engaging and serving customers
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and presentation
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience
Compensation
- Gross Salary: 10,000 ETB per month
- Commission: 0.5% on sales

Educational Background & Requirements
- BA Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales and marketing

Role Purpose
Lead showroom operations, drive sales performance, manage the team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive showroom sales and achieve assigned targets
- Lead and manage showroom hosts and Key Account Managers
- Oversee daily showroom operations and performance
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, organization, and product display
- Manage walk-in customers and support closing of sales
- Monitor team discipline, performance, and customer handling
- Collect customer feedback and improve service quality
- Identify and develop local business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Compensation
- Gross Salary: 23,740 ETB per month
Commission:
- 2% on own sales
- 0.5% on sales generated by directly managed team members
