EthSwitch is the National Switch owned by all banks (private and public) operating in Ethiopia, the National Bank of Ethiopia and some MFIs. EthSwitch has been established mainly to Create Interoperability between financial and payment service providers, develop & Institute Domestic Payment Scheme, and provide Shared Infrastructure/Platforms to Financial Institutes.

Position: NOC Administration Officer I
Job Requirements:
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or related fields of study
- 1/0-year work experience
- Certification is an advantage
- Requited Number 1 (One)
The Network Operation Center (NOC) Administration Officer I monitors the computer networks and servers for problems from a central location. S/he analyzes problems, performs troubleshooting and incident response on the system, communicates with site technicians and tracks problems through to resolution.
