Position 1: Engineering Associate – Multi-skilled
Education & Experience:
Diploma/10+3/Level III in Power Generation and System Installation and Maintenance, Electrical/Electronics, Building Electrical Installation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Aeronautical, or related fields from a recognized institution with 2 years of experience.

Position 2: Driver/Belboy
Education & Experience:
12th/10th grade complete (old or new curriculum) with Dry II/Public II driving license and 4 years of experience. COC Certificate mandatory.

Position 3: Staff Café – Chefs
Education & Experience:
College Diploma/10+3/Level III in Food Preparation, Food and Beverage Service, or Hotel Management with 3 years of experience in large-scale catering production hotels. COC Certificate mandatory.

Position 4: Shift Engineer / Engineering Supervisor / Team Leader
Education & Experience:
College Diploma/10+3/Level III in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or related fields with 3 years of hotel/relevant experience. COC Certificate mandatory. Fluency in English and Oromifa preferred.

Position 5: Facility Manager
Education & Experience:
- Option 1: BA Degree in Electrical/Electronics or related with 4 years managerial experience
- Option 2: College Diploma/Level III with 6 years of relevant experience

Education & Experience:
12th/10th grade complete with 3 years of experience in security, police, or military service. Fluency in English and Oromifa preferred.

- BA in Hotel Management or related field with 1 year of experience, or
- Diploma in F&B with 3 years supervisory experience, or
- Level I/10+1 with 5 years hotel industry experience
