Position 1: LINEN RUNNER
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Minimum 10+1/Level-I Certificate in Hotel Operation or any fields of studies from a recognized TVET/ College/ University with a minimum of three years relevant experience in a big scale catering instutes or hotel Services.

Position 2: BELL BOY/PORTER
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
A Minimum of 10+1 or Level I Certificate in Hospitality Management/ Hotel management/Customer Relations/ or any related fields from a recognized TVET/College/university with a Minimum of three years relevant experience in hotel/hospitality industry.
N.B.: Age limit: 18 – 35 years old.

Position 3: SOUS CHEF
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: A Minimum of College Diploma/10+3//Level III Certificate in Food Preparation/ Food and Beverage Service/Hotels Management form a recognized catering institute with a minimum of Seven years work experience on similar position at a big scale catering production unit or 4/5 star hotel.

Position 4: CHIEF DE PARTY
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
A Minimum of College Diploma/10+3//Level III Certificate in Certificate in Food preparation/Foreign Dish Cooking/ Ethiopian Cultural Food Preparation/ Confectionery, Baking and Pastry Making catering institute /TVET/College/University with a Minimum of five years relevant experiance at a big scale catering production unit or 4/5 star Hotel.

Position 5: SUPERVISOR PUBLIC AREA
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
BA Degree in Hotel management/Food and Beverage Service/ Hotel Management/ Restaurant Management/Hotels and Tourism Management /Cooperative Business management /Property Management Management/Management/Marketing Management or any related field of study from a recognized TVET/College/university with a minimum of 6 years’ work experience on similar areas at catering production/Operation/front desk/office area.
OR
A Minimum of College Diploma/10+3//Level III Certificate in Hospitality Management/ Business Managenet/ Business Adminstration/ management/Hotel and Restaurant Management /Customer Relations Manament/ Hotel Managements or any related fields from a recognized TVET/College/university with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience

Position 6: SUPERVISOR FLOOR
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: BA Degree in Hotel management/Food and Beverage Service/ Hotel Management/ Restaurant Management/Hotels and Tourism Management /Cooperative Business management /Property Management Management/Management/Marketing Management or any related field of study from a recognized TVET/College/university with a minimum of 6 years’ work experience on similar areas at catering production/Operation/front desk/office area.
OR

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
A Minimum of BA Degree in Food and Beverage Service/ Hotel Management/ Restaurant Management/Hotels and Tourism Management /Cooperative Business management or any other related field from accredited College/university with minimum of 12 years experience out of which two years as Manager/ equivalent capacity in a big scale catering instutes or 4/5 star hotel
MA Degree in Food and Beverage Service/ Hotel Management/ Restaurant Management/Hotels and Tourism Management /Cooperative Business management or any other related field from accredited College/university with minimum of 10 years experience out of which two years as Manager/ equivalent capacity at a big scale catering instutes or 4/5 star hotel.
