The Ethiopian Capital Market Authority (ECMA) invites outstanding university students and young professionals to apply for its Summer Camp 2026, a two-week immersive learning program designed to equip participants with foundational capital market knowledge and practical workplace experience.

Position: Summer Camp 2026 Program Trainee

ECMA Summer Camp 2026 is a merit-based program that combines:

• Foundational capital market training
• Departmental internship within ECMA
• Practical exposure to Ethiopia’s capital market ecosystem
• Mentorship and professional development opportunities

The program is designed to bridge the gap between academia and industry while preparing participants for careers in the financial sector.

Eligibility Requirements

For University Students

Applicants must:

• Be a final-year undergraduate student.
• Be studying one of the following fields or a closely related discipline:
  • Accounting & Finance
  • Economics
  • Management
  • Business Administration
  • Law
  • Information Technology/Computer Science
  • Statistics
  • Journalism & Communication

For Young Professionals

Applicants must:

• Be a recent graduate (2025/2026) with no more than one year since graduation.
• Hold a degree in one of the following fields or a related discipline:
  • Accounting & Finance
  • Economics
  • Management
  • Business Administration
  • Law
  • Information Technology/Computer Science
  • Statistics
  • Journalism & Communication

Academic Requirements

• Male applicants: Minimum CGPA of 3.5
• Female applicants: Minimum CGPA of 3.3
