Ethiopian Airlines Group would like to announce a new vacant position in the capacity of Catering driver I and EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF.
Ethiopian Airlines (Ethiopian) has had more than 75 years of successful journey which made it the leading Aviation Group in Africa. Of course, Ethiopian is ageing beautifully. Over the decades, the airline has established itself as the leader in all facets of the aviation business: technology leadership, network expansion and aviation mentoring. Ethiopian started its operation with five C-47 aircrafts back in 1946 and made its debut fight to Cairo via Asmara.
Ever since, it has been growing in leaps and bounds, and continued to introduce cutting-edge aviation technology and systems. As aviation technology leader, Ethiopian was a pioneer in ushering in new aviation technology into Africa including the first jet airplane as well as the first B767, B777-200LR, B787 Dreamliner, and787-9 in the continent. Ethiopian also led the way in operating Africa’s first Airbus A350 XWB.
POSITION 1: Catering driver I
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
A Minimum of 12th/10 grade complete per the old /new curriculum with Dry II/public II driving license and minimum four years driving experience in ET or in known organization.
- Auto/2nd grade driving license is advantageous
AGE LIMIT: – 25- 40 Years’ Old Inclusive
Position 2: EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
A Degree Hotel management/ Food and Beverage Service/ Hotel Management/ Restaurant Management/ Hotels and Tourism Management / Cooperative Business management/ Property Management/ Management/ Management/ Marketing Management or any related field of study from a recognized TVET/ College/ university with a minimum 9 years’ experience on similar areas at a big scale catering production unit or 4/5-star hotel.
OR
Minimum of 10+3/College Diploma/ Level III Certificate in food preparation / Kitchen operation/ foreigner dish cooking/ confectionery/Baking and Pastry making or any related fields of study from a recognized catering institute/ TVET College with a minimum of 10 years work experience on similar areas at a big scale catering production unit or 4/5-star hotel.
AGE LIMIT: – 25- 40 Years’ Old Inclusive
LANGUAGE
Knowledge of ET working language English is mandatory.
