Ethio Impact Consulting Plc is looking for an Office Admin/Secretary on behalf of a Private Company.

We seek a highly organized Office Admin/Secretary to manage daily office operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and efficiently handle office tasks

Position: Office Admin/Secretary

REQUIREMENT:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or related field.
  • 2-5 years in office administration or secretarial roles.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills both in English and Amharic
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication, time management, and confidentiality handling.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Schedule meetings, handle phone calls, and assist executives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and office supplies.
  • Assist in HR, payroll, and basic finance tasks.
  • Maintain and organize office records, ensuring easy access and confidentiality.
  • Record minutes of meetings
  • Draft and type emails, letters, and official correspondence.
  • Print, scan, and photocopy important documents.
