Ethio Excellence Academy is a K-8 school located in the Akaki Kality sub-city. A Primary School English Teacher is responsible for teaching foundational English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening, to young learners. The role requires creating an engaging and supportive learning environment that fosters students’ language development, creativity, and critical thinking.
Position 1: Assistant Teachers (Fresh Graduate)
Requirements:
- Only female candidates are eligible to participate.
- Fresh graduates with zero years experience
- Degree in any field of study (preferably with Bachelor of Education)
- Willing to take part in a one-week long training sessions on Teaching Methodologies and other relevant topics related to the job. This will be organized by the academy and contractual agreement will be issued for competent candidates afterwards. All participants will be issued Certificate of Completion.

Position 2: Teachers and School Leaders
Requirements:
- Master of Arts in EDPM for all administrative positions.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with a Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching (PGDT) for all teaching positions in relevant fields of study.
- Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management software is essential.
- Preference is given to young and energetic candidates.
Experience:
- A minimum of two years of teaching experience is required for all teaching positions, while administrative positions necessitate a minimum of three years of experience.
