ESHET Microfinance Institution SC would like to invite competent applicants for the following position.
ESHET MICRO FINANCE INSTITUTION is located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Company is working in Financial Activity business activities.
ESHET is a microfinance institution created in 2000 by the NGO ERSHA, which is another partner of SOS Faim. It is active in three rural areas in the highlands of the Omoro region. Like the other microfinance institutions partners of SOS Faim, ESHET targets rural and semi-rural populations living mainly from agriculture.
ESHET’s main activities:
- Microcredit and savings services
- Promotion of rural savings banks, co-managed by communities in remote areas
Position: Saving & Credit Officer
Qualification & Experience: Diplomain Management, Accounting/Agricultu re or related fields. more than 3 years relevant work Experience
salary: per the organization’s Scale
Duties:
- Gives training and advices for formation of cohesive self initiated joint liability groups Promotes the company’s services to prospective clients that are the right target group’s meeting place
- Attends group meetings regularly and respecting the agreed upon meeting time at the group’s meeting place.
- Ensures compliance of the members with the by-law of their groups.
- Processes loan application and loan contract at the time of disbursement.
