Endeequb Ethiopia Savings and Credit Cooperative is seeking qualified and motivated individuals to fill the following vacant positions: Endeequb Ethiopia is a member-driven financial institution committed to providing affordable and accessible financial services to individuals and communities.
As a registered Savings and Credit Cooperative (SACCO), our primary goal is to promote financial inclusion and empower our members through tailored financial solutions.
We operate under cooperative principles, including member participation, transparency, and community development. Our services include savings accounts, credit facilities, and financial education programs designed to meet the diverse needs of our members and help them achieve financial stability and growth.
Position 1: Administration and Finance Head
Educational preparation required for the position: Accounting, Management, Economics, and related fields.
Work experience: 5 years or more.
Other Requirements for the position:
Experience in savings and credit cooperatives, microfinance, banking, or similar sectors is preferred.
Experience in administration and finance is preferred.
Possesses good communication skills and the ability to serve customers with respect.
Capable of organizing and managing information.
Has experience in finance, audit, loan disbursement, savings, and other related cooperative works.
Has a good personality, is honest, and sociable.
Possesses basic computer skills.
Salary: Negotiable

Position 2: Marketing and Sales Professional
Educational preparation required for the position: Economics, Communication, Management, Accounting, and related fields.
Work experience: 1 year or more.
Other Requirements for the position:
Experience in savings and credit cooperatives or similar sectors is preferred.
Possesses good communication skills and the ability to serve customers with respect.
Experience in marketing and sales is preferred.
Has a good personality, is honest, and sociable.
Has experience using social media.
Salary: Negotiable
