Position 1: Junior Customer Service Specialist

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Graduates of years 2020, 2021 & 2022 G.C. with BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics or related fields with minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.

Experience: No prior experience is required.

Address: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Digital Banking Operation Officer

Job Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, Marketing, Banking & Insurance and two years of banking operation experience.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Bahir Dar and Hawassa Districts

Position 3: Human Capital Management Officer

Job Requirement: BA in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration or other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in HRM fields, preferably in the banking industry, of which at least 1 year as a relevant officer position.
