We are working in the pharmaceuticals import, wholesale and retail business, targeting the public as well as the private health sector of Ethiopia. Apart from the import business, our wholesale division is also working to serve the health care facility and organizations that need pharmaceuticals and healthcare products.

Position: Cashier Accountant


  • Diploma  in accounting 
  • Good Communication skill and active english language speaker is a comparative advantage 

Experience: Fresh Graduate with Zero Year Experience.

Job Description:

•       Ensure the processing and recording of all credit and cash sales through ERP system and VAT machine

•       Recording and follow-up of payments from customers

•       Reconciliation of VAT balance between VAT machine, Manual Invoices and ERP

•       Follow customers credit limit and deposits

•       Ensure proper filling of AR related documents

•       Support cashier accountants (AR) in their day to day operation

•       Prepare and provide necessary reports to the Physiotherapy  Operation Manager on a timely manner 

•       Manage AR sub ledger period closure activities as per the timetable given

•       Escalate urgent matters to the management when needed.

•       Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor.

•       No backlog in the system in relation to sales related transactions

•       Timely AR sub ledger period closure and reporting

•       Proper filling of sales related documents

•       Up to Date & Signature customer statement balances 

•       Trace cash and credit sales transactions to customers

•       Follow customers credit limit

•       Manage AR account reconciliation and period closure activities 

•       Support other departments and sections on their day to day activities

 •       Respects the rules and policies set out by the department and the company at large
