Position: Sales and Marketing Representative
Requirement/Qualification:
- Degree in Marketing or related Field
- able to Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively, good organization and time management skills and industry trends.
Major Duties:
- The sales department is responsible for the development and performance of sales activities to maximize rooms, groups, conferences and events revenue of the hotel
- Is also responsible for displaying correct image and representation of the hotel in a dignified from towards customers and negotiating partners and contributes to the optimal economic success of the hotel with rational use of operating resources
- To assist in developing an integrated marketing communications plan along with a budget for the same, to support the general marketing objectives of the hotel
- Good knowledge of developing tactical and strategic marketing plans
- At least two years of customer service experience
