Delt Yemariyamwork Teklala Hospital is looking for a skilled IT Assistant to join our team in Dire Dawa. As an IT Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital’s IT systems. This position requires a proactive individual with strong technical skills and the ability to support various IT needs across the organization. Position: IT AssistantÂ
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in ICT, IT, Information Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
- Ability to monitor and maintain computer systems and networks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude towards system administration and maintenance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to hospital staff regarding hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
- Assist in system administration tasks and maintenance activities as directed.
