Position 1: Warehouse Officer

Academic & Professional Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or other relevant fields

Experience

Minimum of Four (4) years relevant, post-qualification experience in a similar role

Warehouse Officer is responsible to receive and issue stock items, materials, equipment and maintain related records. Places goods in correct location, periodically checks minimum stock level of each item and prepares requisition for replacement.

Position 2: Procurement Officer

Academic & Professional Qualification

Procurement Officer is responsible to assist in the implementation of activities related to procurement as per the approved policies, procedures and guidelines. The role holder will prepare purchase analysis sheet with cost estimate, revise short listed companies for effective procurement; assess, and award/recommend supplier tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals; and maintains a consistent approach towards all sourcing, purchasing and tendering activity.

Position 4: Loan provisioning Officer

Academic & Professional Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Management or other related fields.

Experience

At least four (4) years relevant banking experience.

Loan Provisioning Officer is responsible for assisting in the follow-up of the loan provision capacity of the Bank in line with capital adequacy, asset quality, management soundness, revenue and profitability, liquidity, and sensitivity analysis.

Position 5: District Credit Analyst

Experience

At least five (5) years’ banking experience of which at least two (2) years in credit area.

District Credit Analyst is responsible for activities related to credit analysis and appraisal in the District Office. These include identifying, mitigating factors for credit risk(s); making in-depth credit analysis and appraisal using appropriate analysis techniques; and ensuring that the findings of the analysis are true and correct as per the Bank’s policies and procedures.

Position 6: Corporate Credit Analyst

Experience

At least Six (6) years’ relevant experience with two years in credit operations.

Corporate Credit Analyst is responsible for activities related to credit analysis for loan cases falling under committee C discretionary limit on the assigned corporate sector. These include identifying, measuring and setting mitigating factors for credit risk(s); making in-depth credit analysis and appraisal using appropriate analysis techniques; and ensuring that the findings of the analysis are true and correct as per the Bank’s policies and procedures.

These include identifying, measuring and setting mitigating factors for credit risk(s); making in-depth credit analysis and appraisal using appropriate analysis techniques; and ensuring that the findings of the analysis are true and correct as per the Bank’s policies and procedures.

Position 8: Senior Share Administration Officer

Academic & Professional Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or business related discipline.

Experience

Senior Share Administration Officer is responsible for participating on activities related to shareholder payments including rising and plough back of shares, proration of dividends, and maintenance of shareholder records for proper accounting.

Experience

  • Minimum of seven (7) years relevant experience out of which One (1) year in supervisory post.

The Branch Manager will plan, set up, lead, and management the banking actions of a branch workplace. S/he’ll make sure that working procedures, guidelines, and code of practices of the Bank and regulators directives and nation legislation are adhered to by all employees. S/he may even coordinate the gross sales/business improvement efforts of the department.

The Branch manager may even lead the customer support initiatives and guides department operational excellence. S/he’ll prepare and submit annual funds, work plan and exercise and progress experiences. The jobholder may even participate in varied neighborhood actions and hold in shut contact with the business community to promote companies supplied by the Bank.
