Position 1: Attorney Sharia Review and Advisory

Academic & Professional Qualification 

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable university.
  • Certifications in interest free banking is an added advantage.
  • Additional certification in law, banking, finance or similar fields is an added advantage.

Experience

At least four (4) years relevant experience.

Attorney Sharia Review and Advisory is responsible for representing the Bank before judicial & quasi- judicial tribunals, preparation and handling of cases (pleading, defenses and petition) related to IFB window services as per the approved policies, procedures, guidelines & SAC fatwas & Islamic financial principles.

Position 2: HR Operations Officer

Academic & Professional Qualification 

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration Management or related discipline. 
  • Professional qualification(s) in Human Resources is an added advantage.

Experience

Minimum of four (4) years relevant experience.

HR Operations Officer is responsible for implementing the activities related to HR operations including participating in job design, recruitment, selection and orientation processes.

Position 3: Customer Service Manager

Academic & Professional Qualification

  • Bachelor degree in a business related field e.g. accounting, management, economics, business administration

Experience

  • Minimum of Six (6) years banking experience

The Customer Service Manager will support the Branch Manager in coordinating all activities of Customer Service Officers (Maker/Checkers) and Senior Customer Service Officer (Cash/Accounts) within the Branch and ensure operational excellence to deliver exemplary services for high customer satisfaction levels, supporting the Bank’s growth.

Position 4: Branch Manager I

Academic & Professional Qualification

  • Bachelor degree in a business related field e.g. accounting, management, economics, business administration

Experience

  • Minimum of seven (7) years relevant experience out of which One (1) year in supervisory post. 

The Branch Manager will plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office. S/he will ensure that operating procedures, rules, and code of practices of the Bank and regulators directives and country law are adhered to by all staff. S/he will also coordinate the sales/business development efforts of the branch.
