Position 1: Contact Center Agent
Academic & Professional Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking, finance or related fields.
- Fluency in English (speaking and writing) is required
Experience
· At least four (4) years relevant experience
The Contact Centre Agent is responsible for receiving customer calls, address concerns or quires via phone or social media platforms. In addition, the role holder is responsible for prioritizing customer issues to resolve or escalate to the Senior Contact Center Agents to ensure that quality customer service is maintained at all times with the established service standards.

Position 2: Corporate Relationship Officer-IFB
Academic & Professional Qualification

Experience
- Minimum of four (4) years relevant experience.
The Corporate Relationship Officer-IFB is responsible to participate in growing and maintaining a portfolio of clients within assigned sector and market segment by recommending or selling Corporate Banking/ Corporate IFB products and cross selling other Bank products and services so as to enhance value-add relationship with existing customers.

Experience

Position 9: Alternate Channels Engineer-Online
Academic & Professional Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering or any other equivalent field.
Experience
- At least Six (6) years’ experience in system engineering.
Alternate Channel Engineers is responsible for installation, configurations and make available and ready the internet/mobile banking applications for customer over an established network and infrastructure. He/she recommends, designs, implements, and test solutions for the Bank’s digital channel products including online Banking.
In addition he/she is responsible for ownership of customer problems or incidents until the situation has been resolved to the customer’s satisfaction and or in compliance with agreed upon Service Level Agreements. The engineer collaborates with other software engineers on interfacing different channels with other third party systems (CBS, ERP, etc.)
