Position 1: Manager, Learning & Growth

Educational Background: MA/MSc in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Business Leadership, Management, or a related field;

Experience: A minimum of 6 years’ previous experience in a learning and development role at a bank/fintech/startups/airline industry and other related sectors;

  • Proven experience as a Human Capital Development Expert/specialist is an asset;
  • Experience working in an agile environment is a plus

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conducting the digital training need assessment and digital competency gaps at the organizational, task, and individual level;
  • Creating learning and development programs that are aligned with Digital strategic intents by designing a training curriculum and modules;
  • Working closely with business process leaders across the bank to design a digital curriculum for all employees that focus on digital transformation core values, guiding principles, strategic imperatives, upskilling requirements, and just-in-time learning;
  • Providing curriculums that incorporate different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions, coaching, or job-shadowing;
  • Evaluating individual and organizational development needs as well as assessing the success of development plans to help employees make the most of learning opportunities;
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of the digital learning and development programs at different levels and recommending areas of improvement;
  • Aligning and facilitating the development requirements of employees with employee performance management systems;
  • Supporting staff and management of the bank with tailored learning opportunities during the transformational change;
  • Maintaining current knowledge of L&D innovation, best practices, and future trends;
  • Perform related activities as directed by the supervisor

Position 2: Manager, Digital Strategy and Transformations

Educational Background: Master’s Degree or above with a major in Economics, Project Management, Strategic management, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, and other related specialization from a reputable University is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 6 years relevant experience in strategic planning, and project management, (i.e., Experience gained in the banking industry is preferable);

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Iterating the Digital Transformation strategy by considering the agile environments to create agile entrepreneurship;
  • Devising various business and functional level strategies in aligned with the bank’s strategy;
  • Evaluating, monitoring, and follow-up the successful execution of Digital Transformation strategic imperatives against milestones and plans;
  • Translating strategic plans into transformation requirements and a project roadmap to deliver the required transformation.
  • Monitoring and Follow-up the Implementation of the Stakeholder Engagement strategy;
  • regularly reviewing and amending the strategy;
  • Prepare the agile digital transformation annual plan and budget by aligning with business-level strategy;
  • Develop the Digital strategy management framework that encompasses strategy formulation, and execution phases.
  • Instilling a digital experience vision and strategy across the bank’s value delivery touch points via learning and development mechanisms to effectively execute the strategy by collaborating with the learning and growth team;
  • Understanding the mega trends, deltas, and shifts occurring and how they might impact the digital experience;
  • Forming, and participating in a cross-functional team to develop innovative digital business-related functional-level strategies/frameworks;
  • Rethinking a disruptive operating and Business Model using advanced methodologies continuously;
