Currently, we have an exciting opportunity for the role of Workshop Controller, Maintenance Controller and Team Leader-Distribution. We are looking for passionate, capable, and competent candidates who are prepared to work with passion and focus.
Position 1: Workshop Controller
Skills, Experience & Education:
First Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field of studies with a minimum of 2 years experience as a Maintenance Planner/Machine Specialist/ relevant experience within the company.
The position is structured to report to the respective Unit Manager and is responsible for ensuring that the workshop delivers support to the manufacturing operation in regards to manufactured spares, component repairs, supporting labor on maintenance/shutdown activities, project support, welding services, centralized lubrication store and also the refurbishment of rotable spares.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure housekeeping to WCM standards
- Do tool inspections on a monthly frequency.
- Schedule the workshop activities according to priorities and availability.
- Arrange outsourced work for spares refurbishment when required (e.g. gear cutting)
- Support Maintenance & shutdown activities
- Inspect quality of work done in support of maintenance activities
- Review and approve Innovation and improvements from Teams
- Review and action Attendance of Teams
- Ensure effective application of the Manufacturing Way in all Areas of control
- Ensure effective safety awareness talks/incident recalls/Tool Box Talks
- Provide PPE and ensure compliance
- Develop the annual budget requirement for maintaining the workshop equipment.

Position 2: Manufacturing Development Specialist
Skills, Experience & Education:
First Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field of studies with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in manufacturing Environment.
- Must Have leadership Experience
- Experience in Process improvement project or technical training is advantageous.
The primary role of this position is ensuring effective planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of Manufacturing Way and other change management initiatives and provide support to operational teams through the identification, development, coordination and/or implementation of improvement initiatives in support of the Business Strategy.Â
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Leads the WCM Change Management Process.
- Drives Loss and Waste Analysis Projects.
- Facilitates key Leader Training Programs.
- Drives adherence to TCCC and CCBA Standards.
- Coaching and Mentoring

Position 3: Business System Coordinator
Skills, Experience & Education:
First Degree in Food Technology/Chemistry/Food processing/Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
The primary role of the Business System Coordinator is to ensure that all business management systems including internal and external audit processes,documents and reports are managed properly and follow up the corrective actions.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Control and ensure operational dcuments are updated .
- Coordinate implementation of the management system and audits.
- Ensure SHE training is conducted for all levels in the plant
- Schedule and organize surveys and follow up the action plans.

Position 4: Quality Assurance Quality Controller
Skills, Experience & Education:
First Degree in Chemistry/Chemical/Food Engineering or related field of studies with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in manufacturing environment.
The job holder will be responsible for ensuring that real-time quality control systems are implemented and that ensure bottling process meets the KO and group standards for manufacturing, product, and package quality Index.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct process capability for all lines as per the KO requirement, document and report the result; and implement corrective actions upon deviations. Â
- Ensure the Infinity QS program is upgraded and all the QC records are uploaded into the system.
- Identify the root cause for non-conformances and deviations from targets and implement appropriate corrective actions.Â
- All process parameters for water treatment, syrup preparation, and final products are captured in InfinityQS for SPC.
- Manufacturing Sensory program fully implemented and participated in a quarterly proficiency scheme.
- Design and implement online quality monitoring processes using Davis software.
- Regulates the effectiveness of visual management of the quality parameters online.
