Position 1: Maintenace Planner

Skills, Experience & Education:

  • First Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field of studies with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.

The position is structured to report to the respective Unit Manager – Utilities and Process and will be responsible for managing the relevant maintenance systems, generating routine and planned maintenance schedules, supporting the maintenance team in the execution of maintenance, and facilitating problem-solving so that line availability and efficiency are maximized, breakdowns are minimized, and manufacturing costs are kept to a minimum.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To provide technical leadership and support to the plant in terms of asset management technology to enable the implementation of business strategies to leverage equipment, productivity, reliability, and maintainability, thereby enabling high plant availability and utilization at the lowest cost.
  • Deploy the asset management strategy.
  • Provide specialist asset management support.
  • Ensure that predictive maintenance techniques are implemented correctly.
  • Implement asset management system audits to evaluate data integrity.
  • Assist and coach staff in asset management principles and application.
  • Observe a safe, healthy, and risk-free working environment.

Position 2: Electrical Specialist

Skills, Experience & Education:

  • First Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.

The position is structured to report to the Production Team Leader. The incumbent is responsible to Perform planned equipment, preventative maintenance and provide 2nd level break-down support, Provide support to operations team on the line, Maintained Health & Safety standards and Coaching the line process engineers.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Works order obtained for all planned activities from maintenance planner/Team Leader.     

• All relevant information obtained to conduct activities – eg drawings, manufacturers manual etc.                                     

 • Spares and tools required are located and obtained. 

 • Jobs prioritized to maximize product quality and plant availability (within set maintenance schedule).     

 • Permission to stop plant/ process and time required is negotiated with relevant customers. 

• Feedback provided on time to planner/Team Leader on deviations to schedule and on work to be completed. 

• Daily, weekly, and shutdown activities executed according to schedule. 

• Regularly maintain machinery to ensure high reliability of operation in the process according to set standards. 

• Plant/ process isolated as per relevant procedures.                                                                                                               

• Maintenance and repairs carried out as per works order meeting all the quality requirements. 

• Plant/ equipment/ process commissioned after the job and handed over to the customer for approval

• Information collated, documented, and feedback provided to relevant customers.

Position 3: Machine Specialist

Skills, Experience & Education:

First degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing environment.

The position is structured to report to the respective Maintainance Controller and It is maintain, repair and optimise plant and associated devices to ensure that plant availability and product quality at minimum cost; without sacrificing standards.

Position 4: Production Team Leader

Skills, Experience & Education:

First Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coach team members in the correct execution of their tasks (operational and technical).
  • Communicates work practice deployment plans and ensures team buy-in.
  • Ensuring that team members understand and adhere to the operational, quality and process standards, work instructions and maintenance schedules, work practice deployment plans and performance target.
  • Check that the team members, carry out required autonomous maintenance tasks and any required running repairs on shift in accordance with work instructions and maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure that the team members understand and adhere to quality standards.
  • Communicate team goals and regularly review to ensure team alignment.
  • Coach and support team members in using the correct problem-solving techniques (such as 5Why, quick fix, OPL’s etc.) to solve situational problems.
  • Ensure that SIC mechanisms are in place to track and monitor waste (e.g. mass balance).

Position 5: Team Leader-Warehouse

Skills, Experience & Education:

First Degree in  Logistics & supplies Chain Management/Management/Business Administration/Accounting or related field of studies with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.

The position is structured to report to the Warehouse Manager and the Incumbent is responsible to manage all warehouse activities.The role holder also manage the store keeper and forklift operators  and supervise in terms of their performance and capability development to ensure the successful operation of the warehouse function.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Manage the Operational team in the execution of all inbound and outbound movement.

2. Manage an effective and accurate Production Interface.

3. Manage all tasks within the standards of excellent housekeeping.

4. Manage the effective execution of system transactions and perform end-of shift reconciliations.

5. People management: Manage team and own performance.

Position 6: Process Team Leader

Skills, Experience & Education:

First Degree in Food Process Engineering/Chemical Engineering or related field of studies with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Food Processing area.

The position is structured to report to the Unit Manager: Process and Responsible to lead and supervise operation of designated equipment within the Syrup, Water & waste Water Treatment plant and Testing Room Facilities.In addition to this the incumbent is responsible to lead a group of people consists of operators and technicians.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1.Supervise Syrup Room Manufacturing Plant, Water & Waste Water Treatment plants.

2.Lead and supervise people.

3.Implement continous improvment initiatives.

4.Comply and implement SHEQ standards.

5.Supervise and manage equipments.

Position 7: Route to Market Coordinator

Skills, Experience & Education:

First Degree in Marketing/Salesmanship/Business Management/ Economics /Accounting or related fields with a minimum of 2 years experience as in sales.

The position is structured to report to the Route to Market Manager.and will be responsible to overlook all the tasks related Route to Market.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Route to Market Execution  
  • Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE),channel management, RED execution, efficiency, engagement 
  • Commercial digital agenda, including Sales Automation etc.
  • Conduct EDS in assigned areas 
  • Manage Mapping Process 
  • Supervise, manage, to ensure correct data provided 
  • Rollout RTM Model 
  • Executive implementation of RTM model 
  • Analysing data, get approved with management on RTM model
