Position 1: Sales Officer
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of direct sales experience. Experience selling advertising space (TV, radio, print, or digital media) or B2B corporate services is a massive advantage.
- Experience in TV, Radio or digital media advertising is advantageous.
Skills & Competencies:
- Highly persuasive with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- A thick skin to handle rejection and a relentless attitude toward closing deals
- Confidence to present professionally to high-level corporate executives.
- Fluency in spoken and written Amharic and English.
- A strong familiarity with the business and commercial landscape of Ethiopia specially Addis Ababa
Position 2: Head of Sales & Marketing/Advertising
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media/Communications, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or advertising.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding aggressive commercial sales targets and negotiating high-value corporate contracts.
- Deep familiarity with media buying metrics, broadcast scheduling, and the Ethiopian corporate and advertising landscape.
Skills
- Exceptional negotiation, pitching, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and data-driven analytical capability.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Amharic.
Salary: Negotiable, based on qualification and experience.
